Board Member

Dr. Borofsky, DDS, holds +40 years of dental experience. The Founder of the nations' largest Mobile DSO, Dr. Borofsky is a well-known thought leader in US dentistry and Hudson's Growth & Development lead. Marcy holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Michigan University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Columbia University.

Haim Haviv, MBA

Founder & CEO

Haim's 20-year career has spanned the private and public sectors in various finance, operations, and business growth roles. Previously, Haviv has founded a healthcare company, and worked for Ernst & Young, JPMorgan and others. Haim is a trained lawyer and an accountant and holds an MBA from Yale University.

Olaide Lawal, MBA

Chairman

Olaide’s specialization includes Dental Operations, Strategy, Finance and Marketing. Olaide's yearslong experience as President of Unified Dental Care - a Dental Support Organization (DSO) - is an asset to Hudson Dental. He holds an MBA from the College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he was a Dean’s Fellow and is a trained Civil Engineer.

Richard Beckman, MBA

Board Member

Richard's +25 year tenure in the DSO space started with just a handful of underperforming dental practices at Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) in 1998 which he grew as the top executive to over 300 locations and $400M revenue by 2017. Beckman has unparalleled experience in everything-DSO. Richard is a CPA and holds an MBA from Michigan State University.
