To Dr. Suh and the rest of the Hudson Dental Associates,
I just wanted to thank you for taking such good care of me this past Friday, October 17th. Please feel free to use this thank you note as a testimonial for your office.
Due to some bad experiences at my former dentist office (mostly related to my poor home dental care), I had foolishly stayed away from any dentist for the past few years.
However, after a filling on one of my molars fell out 2 weeks ago, I knew I had to get back to a dentist ASAP. I asked around my office to see if anyone could recommend a dentist and immediately 2 of my bosses, Brian MacLeod and Robert Sweet, brought up Dr. Suh and the Hudson Dental office. They both claimed that Dr. Suh and his office would take good care of me while also being as gentle and caring as possible regarding any problems I had.
I absolutely found that to be the case during my appointment: Dr. Suh and the hygenist (whose name I forget, my apologies) were extremely patient with me as I struggled with the x-rays (due to my trouble opening my mouth wide and my strong tendency to gag). As they cleaned the excess plaque off my teeth and cleaned my teeth they were as gentle as possible so that they could work on my teeth without making my gums bleed excessantly. They also made necessary adjustments such as only using the suction tube in short increments so I wouldn't gag on it. Dr. Suh let me know some techniques I could use going forward to strengthen my gums and avoid future bleeding; now that I will start regularly seeing a dentist again I look forward to strengthening my gums and teeth to the point where they won't bleed as much during a cleaning.
After reviewing the x-rays, Dr. Suh let me know that the cavity I knew about needed to be filled, along with a second cavity on a molar further back in my mouth. He also let me know that the nerve on the cavity I knew about is paper thin and could require a root canal, but he explained it with such care and concern that any fears I had about both the cavity being filled and the possible root canal went out the window.
Once again, he and the hygenist were very patient with me during the cavity fillings, and I can still hear Dr. Suh saying "breath through your nose" in a calm voice again and again to keep me distracted from the filling.
I am happy to say that so far (knock on wood) the nerve on the 1 cavity has not bothered me. Dr. Suh said that if I felt pain for more than a second or two after eating or drinking something hot or cold that I would likely need a root canal, but thankfully that has not been the case so far.
Thank you again to Dr. Suh and his office for working with me so well, I am now actually looking forward to future visits (barring the need for a root canal!), and I will happily recommend your services to co-workers and friends alike.
Sincerely,
Noah S. Paul

Dear Doctors:
This is to express my deep appreciation for diagnosing and healing my tooth problem.
Although I had taken good care of my teeth since childhood, Dr. Suh was the first to recognize that an underlying disease, Sjogren's, was causing dry mouth and tooth decay. Dr. Suh diagnosed an unusual problem, recommended sugarless gum and Biotene toothpaste and mousewash. Dr. Suh and Dr. Park repaired and crowned my teech, giving me the smile I had as a young woman.
The treatment required a number of root canals. The surgery was done with such care and experty that it was absolutely pain-free. I appreciate that you're doing this extensive surgery without pain. The crowns fit so well that I am not aware that they are not my natural teeth.
I am forever grateful.
Sincerely,
Nora Kennington
